BIO

With more than  25 years of experience in real estate finance, David Blewett provides award winning service to our clients.

He began originating with AMRESCO in 1994, progressed to Dallas Branch Manager and then Texas State Manager responsible for sourcing and funding over $100 million in small balance loans throughout Texas. In 1998 he joined First Plus Financial as Regional Vice President with responsibility for underwriting and buying portfolios of closed loans within a 14 state region.

In 2000 he founded TowerMAC Capital as a boutique financing firm with access to additional investors and offering a larger portfolio of creative lending products to better service his clients.
